This 1965 Volvo 1800S was repainted in white and had an engine rebuild between 2001 and 2003. It spent the majority of its life in CA. Originally Light Blue (#89), the car was repainted and the rebuilt 1.8-liter inline-four is paired to a 4-speed manual with overdrive. The A/C vent balls were re-plated and the control nameplate was professionally restored. Under the hood, this 1800S retains its factory 1.8 liter four-cylinder engine mated to a 4-speed gearbox with overdrive. The engine received a full rebuild in March 2002 including a D-spec cam, new oil/water pumps, and a rebuilt/resurfaced head. The prior owner fitted a new clutch in September 2001, Crane XR700 electronic ignition, and a Bosch coil, also added the following: New fuel pump, IPD ceramic-coated 4-into-1 header, All new coolant hoses, New heater control valve, New thermostat, New aluminum radiator, New cap, rotor, plugs and plug wires, New clutch slave cylinder and hydraulic hose, New overdrive solenoid (overdrive is fully functional) PLEASE NOTE: ANY INSPECTION ARE WELCOME DURING THE AUCTION !
