This is a really nice and super rare 1977 Volvo 242 coupe. The interior was updated by the previous owner has been maintained locally by an expert Volvo mechanic. New tires, battery, heater core, tail light housing assemblies ... almost $5,000 of new parts and upgrades added in the last few years. The only thing that doesn't work is the odometer - it's a common problem among older Volvo cars. We believe the body has about 100,000 actual miles over 42 years. Full details upon serious inquiry, send a private message for more images and information. All records, receipts, and manuals going back to original dealership sale paperwork! This car spent it's life in Texas until we acquired it in early 2014. The Washington tag on the front is decorative, the car's never been driven there. It runs strong and we wouldn't hesitate driving it cross country. The paint is original and is about a 7. The body is an 8 and interior an 8.5. It's sure is fun to drive; a real looker. It's a great investment.
