Runs, Drives, and Handles Excellent.

1983 Volvo 245GLT - Turbo - 5-Spped

To begin with - this 245GLT runs, drives and handles beautifully.

It has 138,000 miles on it. All gauges work. ( even the clock ) .

The dash is perfect - no cracks .Very good headliner. No tears in the leather seats. . It has floor mats and a rear deck mat. It has a good spare and Jack tools. The front grill has been re-done into an earlier single headlight configuration which, to me, is better looking. It was re-painted by the previous owner.

New clutch kit

New A/C compressor

New AM/FM Stereo and speekers

Tune-up including plugs and wires

Recent Oil and filter change.

The best feature of the car ishow well it drives and handles. I drove it to the Volvo National meet in Vermont last Fall ( a 300 mile round trip ), It ran smooth at 75mph on the highway, and handled great on the twisting country roads.

I am a long-time member of the VCOA, and a Volvo collector for many years. At 75, it's time to let go of some of my collection.
