A real head turner. The following is a portion of the work that has been completed to make it a beautiful quality built dependable classic ; Complete new paint in the beautiful maroon and black that is most desirable. ( I have the paint code) The top and side curtains, are new Haartz Stayfast canvas (the good stuff) with new top pads and oak top and header bows. The upholstery, arpet, ad, oot, pare tire cover and sun visors are all new and custom made. There is a storage bag for the side curtains that is behind the back seat. All new wiring and fuse blocks converted to 12 volts with a rebuilt alternator and Pertronix electronic ignition and coil. ( no more points) All new plug wires and plugs. New Cooper radial white wall tires, ub caps and stainless steel trim rings. Wheels were sandblasted and painted. All new brake cylinders, rake shoes, rake cables, rake lines and hoses with a rebuilt master cylinder. All 4 shocks are new. All new glass and rubber for windshield and vent windows. Overdrive has new 12 volt relay, olenoid, nd both switches. Kingpins and bushings were replaced with new. Installed Tight steer adjuster. Rebuilt original steering wheel. New electric fuel pump, uel line and sending unit. New turn signal switch and wiring.Wiper motor is electric with new arms and blades. New CD am/fm player and antenna. Rebuilt speedometer. Gas tank was removed, leaned out and coated inside by a local shop and a new sending unit was installed as well as the gas cap. The carb. was rebuilt with a restored oil bath air cleaner. All chrome and stainless trim is in very good condition. New amber fog lights and brackets. Also included is a rebuilt Southwind gas heater installed that has everything to make operational, t just hasn't been hooked up and tested. New seat belts front and back. Chrome backup lights installed. Battery is one year old. The engine is the 161 6 cyl. which is rare and correct as far as I know. The radiator was removed, leaned and tested at a local radiator shop. The spare tire holds air, ut is just a spare. The car has less than 100 miles on it since all the work was done. All work was done in the last year and a half. Please ask any questions that you may have and you are more than welcome and encouraged to inspect the vehicle. I have tried to describe it as well as i know how. I have a lot of time and expense involved in this Jeepster, y loss is your gain. The speedometer shows 17,998 miles, ut I have no way of telling if that is correct. Also included is a Willys manual and information on the Southwind heater. I didn't rework it just to sellnor did I cut corners on repairs, nbsp;as I planned on keeping it, ut things have changed and it's time for a new owner. The car is 65 years old, nd for that reason, t will be sold as is where is, nd buyer will need to arrange shipping. I will help on this end with loading. The buy it now price is below what all I have invested, nd you will look a long time before finding a better Willys Jeepster. Thanks for looking and good luck.
