Description of 1917 Willys overland touring car

I am listing this 1917 overland willies for an estate. The owner had quit a collection of cars and bikes. I am told he would drive this car in Parades in the Santa Maria Nipomo aera.

The overland looks to be complete. I have not played around with it. we have a clean CA title on the car. all paperwork for sale by owners daughter.
The Show Phantom works restored a 1917 overland. This is a very cool car. I love the patina on this car. Drive it like it is or restore?
This is not a ford Model T or a Ford Model A. This was their completion.
