I first bought this truck a few months ago thinking that I could finish it. It has proved to be more difficultthen I have expected (I am 18), and I should have listened to my parents but was too stubborn/determinedand wanted to prove them wrong. Anyway, the truck is in decent shape and I have put several hours into fixing the truck, I have mostly worked on the body of the truck removing old paint and priming it. The truck also sits on a 2 1/2 inch pieces of metal that need to be removed to place the truck at its factory height. Also, the frame on the back of the truck over the back axle contains a little rust. The truck's bed had a 1/4 inch sheet of steel placed over it that I removed, after removing I found that the original bed has rusted out which the photos show. The side walls seem to be in good shape but have been threw there fair share over the years. Also, the truck comes with two transmissions, the original and the other is a small block chevy that has a connectorpiece and is currentlyconnected the drive shaft. You may have noticed that there was not a steeringbox in the photos I had taken it off to replace the horn tube. I have talked to a few mechanics about the engine I imagine that it will not run but they said to fill each cylinder with disk brake cleaner and over 2 or 3 days it will turn, may have to rehone the cylinders tho.
