This Military MB Jeep, made by Willys, is very rare. It still has, what appears to be, the original paint and patina on it (as you can see from the pictures). After it was retired from the services it has spent most of its life in northern Arizona. The previous owner rebuilt the engine, steering box, and rebuilt the transmission and transfer case which he done by a reputed vendor in Phoenix specializing in war jeeps parts and restorations. I did confirm the same from the owner of this restoration and parts place here in the valley. It runs and drives but brakes are weak although he put new liners and calipers etc. Clutch is good. The ball at the base of the transmission shift needs replaced to allow excess movement of the shifter. Electrical wiring needs restored. Body is solid with surface rust from being exposed to the weather. Does have small holes in few of places that were made for installing tail lamps etc. Some small rust holes and typical in places like passenger side near foot well from outside ( see photo ). Undercarriage very solid except the channels which typically rust. Overall a very solid body which has absolutely no bondo hence what you see is exactly what it is with no underlying surprises. windshield inner frame will need replacement and I costed the same and is widely available for around $100 to $160. I will be happy to answer all questions and upon serious interest and request will send you photos. I have an Arizona Clear Title with the Arizona State ID number matching the tag on the jeep. I have video of it driving but do not know how to upload here. Happy to share. Call me 1 602 373 7047 if you need any details. Buyer needs to organize transport. I will be happy to cooperate in every possible way to have it loaded on the transport and also can keep it here safely in my place while you arrange transport etc.
