I have a 1941 Willys MB slat grill for sale. The serial number is 101558 no glove box rear panel is embossed with willys and does have a original slat grill. It came from Jefferson Indiana and was at the Jefferson military base most of its life. I purchased from a old farmer in the town who purchased it from his friend who had a ford dealer and owned the Jeep in town since the 50s. It’s in very original condition. It currently runs and drives but could use a full brake job and fine tuning. It has the original tub (toe gusset number (3425) replacement data plate 101558 matches the title. The frame is 101559 and has the original data tag. The motor is a jasper Ford GPW crate motor that was put in in the 50-60s. It’s in nice shape and has F scripts on everything great value to trade for the correct motor (gpw142979) serial number. Great oil pressure! It has what I believe to be the original rears / axles / transmission / transfer case etc. Lots of tr20 and ec bolts. The body is in decent shape but could use new front floor pans and front hat channels as well as some small repairs on the body. Currently has aluminum skin patches on each front floor board. Has split seats and nice canvas including the elbow bump pads. Comes with a brand new Beachwood canvas deluxe summer top, windshield cover, and headlight covers. Gauges could use some work temp and oil pressure work. It has your basic leaks like any old Jeeps. Lights work could use a rewire. Alsocomes with a beautiful bantam mbt trailer. The trailer has new tires, brakes, canvas, lights, and looks great and is period correct(no data tag). Please message me for more info and pics. Vehicle has sat for a year does run and drive but will need some areas addressed prior to being considered road worthy Such as the brakes. Flatfenderfever@gmail.com
