Austin Healey 3000. 1961 Austin Healey MKII Parts Car VIN plates are on the car VIN HBT7L14767. This is a RARE 1961 which was a one-year tri-carb model. Some people consider the tri-carb model as a 1962. The VIN indicates a mid-year or early tri-carb model with the correct 29E engine prefix. A clean Tennessee title is included. Front shroud and hood are with car as are rear shroud and rear fenders; also is right side door. Engine is stuck. Cylinder head has been reworked, new valves and guides surfaced and leak checked. $2,000 spent on reworking cylinder head alone. Miscellaneous parts included (see photos). Missing are front fenders and trunk lid, transmission, and left side door and carbs and manifolds. I am selling at a low starting price with low reserve. Inspect pictures as nothing else is included in this auction. Disc brake front end is under car as is rear end assembly. This is a good piece for use in your restoration or to do a complete restoration on it as these cars are only going up in value.
