Description of 1974 BMW 2002

CAR IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR SALE LOCALLY AT THIS VERY LOW PRICE!! THIS AUCTION CAN END AT ANY TIME!!
I am selling a 1974 BMW 2002 with the 5-speed transmission upgrade. I believe the color to be Verona (Red) as you can see on hood and trunk lid. Paint is faded so I thought it was Inka Orange for a while. I purchased the car a few months ago and had transported from Washington State to California. I always loved these cars and I felt is was a great deal; especially with the 5-speed. I am selling because my ever patient wife was already not very happy with me because I am up to 6 cars; 2 that are still in restoration stages (1973 Opel GT and 1965 VW Bug). Let's just say this cars arrivaldidn'tgo over very well.

I paid $2700 for the car and $650 to transport so I am losing money at this price but I think it is very fair and I really want to have the car in someones garage soon!
Here is the good:
Engine runs, tarts right up and electric choke does its job
5-speed conversion; shifter is loose
New tires - skinny but new!
New trim rings
Car has records almost till new - see picture
Car has owners log for every time gas was added, il changes etc.
Headlights, rake lights and other lights work
Interior fan works
All windows work
New carpet but not done properly
Windshield wipers work; slowly but work
What you should know:
Windshield is cracked
No Headliner but comes with poles for installation
Paint looks good from 20 feet
One hood hinge is not attached
Front fenders are fiberglass or abs plastic; can't tell
Left rear shock tower has rust - see pictures
Spare tire well has rust - see picturesDrivers floor has rust damage by gas pedal
Driver side rockers are good but looks like Passenger side had some rust at rear of rocker that was patched up but not repaired
Does not have a spare tire and trunk boards
Has Honda seats installed but only one side of brackets are installed; needs OEM seats or seat bracket to properly install
Car is from Washington State; has clear title from previous owner.
It is missing center console and some trim
Car is 41 years old and not perfect as described but it can be driven while restoring or just to keep as is and drive. I am in La Jolla CA and car can be shown locally.
