Description of 1965 Buick Skylark 355 Wildcat

THIS IS A VERY RARE 355 WILDCAT ENGINE little sister to the 455 WILDCAT of previous years --the 355 was put in only for several years. Thanks for looking at my car.I am the second owner and have owned this baby for over 15 years now.I recovered the seats put new carpet in the cabI Replaced the headliner as well. The original owners purchased it at a Denver Dealership brand new and took it up to Georgetown where it spent its life. When their daughter inherited it it sat for quite a while outside not doing the paint any favors or the dashboard and the steering wheel.I LOVE this car which is why it has taken me so long to even think of parting with it.Honestly I really don't want to sell this car but my husband does.Talk about a conversation piece!! EVERYONE loves this car even little kids !I have the original sales receiptfor the purchase and most if not all of the receipts for the work I have done on it for the past 15+ years too.Nothing to hide at allIt is the BEST cruiser I have ever owned !The car gets about 13-14 miles to the gallon in the city and about 17-18 on the highway. Takes premium unleaded at my mechanics recommendation. The trunk had a leak but it is tight . I have had a great run with this baby road trips are like driving my couch around-I will miss that very much. There is minimal rust in the typical places--fixablehit a dear once put a bitty dent in the front right quarter panel --rear ended by a lady not paying attention to the stop light no frame bent just some metal and light bar work. All the lenses stayed intact.!Who ever is interested in this will have a fun car to drive and own!!
