Description of 1965 Buick Wildcat

Unfortunately selling my 1965 Buick Wildcat convertible. Very rare car and hard to find, especially in this condition with Low miles miles. V8 401 Nailhead 6.6 liter engine with Auto trans and shifter in between the two front seats. -Real Wildcat- This is not a showroom car, but it is definitely in great condition for a 1965 and especially that it's mostly an original and complete car. No major rust for the most part and floors are very solid as well. The convertible top and seats are also power And work well but do show some wear as shown in pictures. The seats do have a couple spots where the stitching came apart and the drivers seat has a tear where power adjustment control is on the side by the switch. Dashboard, door panels, have no cracks or tears and look very good. Again, everything is there and interior is very complete and functional. Headlights, signals, gauges, dash display all work perfect. The horn is the only thing that doesn't work but I may get it fixed before the car is sold. Paint shines and is in very good condition but does have some flaws in some areas. You won't be able to find them unless you get very close to the car though. Looks like the car has been painted in the past because of edges around the door handles, emblems and some over spray in corners but paint color is originally green as well (may not be the exact color as original. This green is very metallic) and still shows well. Car will need new weather stripping that goes around the trunk, and around doors since the old ones are dry. It also has brand new white wall tires that have less than 200-300 miles on them. Car still has its original radio and works well. Front and rear Chrome bumpers in very good condition as well as all the chrome trim and chrome around windows. I do want to point out that some of the body molding that goes along the sides of the car from front to back looks to have been screwed in after painting instead of using the original clips in a few places. You can see if you zoom into the pictures with the side view of the car. The power steering pump also has a very slow leak, I have not looked into it since it wasn't major. The trunk on the inside also looks like it has been patched in a few spots with some non-metal, rubbery material but the rest of the trunk looks perfect. The patches can be ripped out easily and have metal welded in its place. Thecar runs and drives very well for its age. It's starts up and goes with no problem. This is a very good car. It's does need a little work to be perfect, but the car is very worth it. This is a very hard car to find. Probably won't come across another one like it in this type of condition. I've put a lot of time and money into making this car right. Make me an offer. I've included as much information about the car as possible but please ask me if there is anything else you need to know. A price guide from Hagerty is also included so that you can see what this car is worth in different types of condition. 'If you know the Wildcat, then you already know. Please let me know if you have any questions.
