Description of 1959 Chevrolet Impala Parkwood

A Hot Rodder got a hold of this wagon 10 years or so ago. The 40 square feet of roof area is a beautiful and glossy cream color. The rest of the vehicle is painted with a flat copper sheen.The interior is custom two tone cream and dark copper in color. It features Air Ride suspension, y RideTech.com, front and rear. Specifically, his is the tubular "Strong Arm" suspension with 4 corner air bags. There are two air pump compressors, one behind each rear fender, nd the air tank is located in the spare tire area.
The engine and transmission combo is a Chevrolet 350 and a TH350 automatic. They work well with this vehicle and function perfectly. I personally prefer the 15" 5 spoke hot rod wheels. My next step was to add white walls. Lot's of folks do like to add 18's and 20's front and rear, hich look great as well.
This car has been a lot of fun and she definitely gets attention! I've heard so many stories from folks whose parents owned one. All different types of people enjoy this vehicle. My family is going to miss it, ut I need to raise some capital to start a business.
