1949 Chevrolet Pickup Truck Model 3600 Solid-Rust Free, ependable and Fun!Just an honest, ld original time capsule.
Other than one repaint in the 80's this is the most original and solid truck I've seen in years. The following items are the things I feel set this truck apart from most:

No Rust in the floors, oe boards, ick-panels, ab corners or between the front inner fenders and cab.
Original Engine and Transmission and both perform beautifully. 216 engine mated to the Saginaw 3 speed on the column transmission.
Original Bed Woodand it's all there and it's solid!
All Original Interior Gauges work well, aftermarket below dashtemperature gauge was added), riginal colors, oor panels, orn button etc, ven the old wipers work! Windows roll up and down well.
Body Very straight, hese trucks were used like tools. This one has been used...but not abused. The paint has scratches and blemishes. This is not a show truck...just a very nice driver and cruise night pickup. Inside the bed are scratches were items have obviously been hauled. Original sheet metal, unning boards, rim and bumpers. There is even the complete original spare tire carrier under the bed!

Chassis I wish I had a lift to show you how clean it is. NO pitting in the frame. Floor pans are excellent, nd no apparent leaks.
All New or redone in the last 2 weeks

New gas tank and sending unit

Rebuilt original Carter W-1 Carburetor
New Choke cable
Fresh tune-up including points and spark plugs
New period correct hubcaps

Doors and hood open and shut tightly as they should. Front end is tight. Good radial tires with 85% tread. Starts easy, rives and brakes well.
Clean Title. I encourage you to come drive it yourself! You'll be hooked! This is the perfect truck to drive around town, o to the greenhouse or hardware store. I took it to the grocery today...people really love it!
