IROC Z Convertible, 92k Orig Miles, California Car, Nice

Here is an all original 1990 IROC-Z Convertible with only 92k original Carfax verified miles. I purchased this from the 2nd owner and have service records and history. To note: Many older F-Body Camaros like this one have odometers that have turned over (they only go to 100k) so be sure you always do a Carfax to verify miles! This is a true 92k mile car.

Exterior wise, this car looks very nice. It has been painted one time since new and it's current paint job is in good condition. This is a 2 stage paint job and still retains all of it's original shine. It does have small nics in the paint and minor spidering in the front bumper cover but overall it is in good shape. I would call it about a 7.5 to 8 of 10 at least. Has original 16” IROC wheels all around with a nice set of Cooper tires.

Convertible top does not have any holes and overall is in fair shape. It could easily be used as is, but the rear window is hard to see out of. Convertible top frame is in good shape and goes up and down with no problem.

Interior wise, the car is in very good condition and is all original! This was a non smoker car, has no odds odors. Seats do not have any rips or tears. Driver seat is power and it is tested and works, but switch seems to be bad. Original carpeting is in good shape. Dash has a few cracks as shown the my video above. Dash face and bezel are in good condition. Arm rest is in very good shape. Factory steering wheel looks good. Factory radio does work but crackles, could use a service. AC is no blowing cold, I have a receipt for a new compressor years ago and it still has R12 fittings. Door panels both in very good shape, power door locks work as well as power mirrors. Driver side door pull cover has separated which is common on these cars. Replacements can be bought on Ebay for anywhere from $25 to $100.

Mechanically, the car drives well and has been passed smog late 2015 (passed the California sniffer test). Has a brand new exhaust with new pipe, muffler and new Catalytic converter (51 state compliant). Engine runs well and does not smoke or overheat. Has had a recent coolant flush as well. Starts up on first crank after sitting 2 weeks! Has a brand new battery, new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Transmission shifts well with no hard shifts or slipping. Brakes are brand new up front with new Calipers, Rotors and pads. Steering is good and has new sway arm bushings all around. Tires are made by Cooper, rear have appriximately 70% and fronts about 40% remaining. Registration current until late 2017. Title is clear.
