Description of 1987 Chevrolet IROC Camaro

1987 Camaro Z-28 130,000 miles.

5.0 liter V8, original carburetor motor has not been altered.
Must be towed, make me an offer you never know, no rust.
Car is 100% there nothing missing including original antenna.
Black exterior, perfect seats, extra interior door panels, dash is fine.
Vehicle sat in a garage without being started since 1998.(yes 22 years, title from 1998)
Outside undercarriage has cobwebs, dust on top.
Everything worked before it was stopped.
2 original keys, all the locks work
All the glass is there
Center console perfect
original radio
Tires are as expected 3 hold air 1 only for 24 hours
Battery is dead tried to jump it but not sure if it is the starter or the engine is locked. (it drove until it was turned off 22 years ago at that time no smoke from the engine, no leaks under it for 22 year
No engine knocks, transmission at that time shifted perfect. (22 years ago)
Nothing has been done to it in 22 years it just sat in a garage.
Side skirts need to be repaired or fixed, from airdam around license plate dry rotted and fell piece by pice.
Slight dents on the hood, larger dent on right door. smaller dent left door, looks like someone tried to repair the right fender.
Z28 rims are horribly painte, might be spray paint.
