Description of 1974 Dodge Dart Sport

1974 Dart Sport 360 #s matching engine and 727 transmission. Bucket seat console car! Rare Spacemaker Pak fold down rear seat option. Factory AC (That works!) This car was originally gold in the early 90's it was painted Plum Crazy Purple with new interior and the engine was rebuilt. I remember seeing this car back in the day at car shows and how much I like the color combination. Sadly the gentlemen that done all the work sold the car to the previous owner before me. He let the car set in his driveway for years letting the paint fad. The car is now running and driving it still needs to be gone over before putting it back on the road. It has the typical problems you would expect from a car that has set for a long period of time. The fuel tank has been cleaned, it also has a few new parts such as a fuel pump, water pump and new battery. One thing I know the previous owner did do was have a mechanic that worked on old Mopars put a new year one wiring harness in that covered all the wiring from the dash to the front of the car.The only harness that was not replaced was the harness going to the taillights. Engine starts right up,sounds good and seems to have good power. It does smoke at start up, which makes me think the valve seals are dried up. As seen in the pictures the body of the car is super solid with the only rust being in the very lower part of quarters behind the rear tires. There are scratches and a few very small dings. Car appears to have never been wrecked and is wearing all its factory sheet metal.
