THIS TRUCK IS LOCATED IN EDEN, TEXAS!1983 DODGE POWER RAM D50 SPORT 4X4 D 50, D-50 5 speed manual 2.6 4cyl! great body, frame, running, driving, stopping. Made by Mitsubishi Motors for Dodge. This is a great mini truck. This thing is tough as nails. Texas Truck. Great frame, floor, body, mechanicals and more! Bought this to use on the ranch but this is much too nice to be plowing over cactus and cattle! Great restoration truck. This is the top of the line 4x4 in 1983. This starts up right away (new battery). The motor sounds great with no unusual noises, ticks etc. The 5 speed shifts like butter and the transfer case (2H, 4H, 4L) is smooth but firm. Lockout hubs on the front axles move easily. Has the lifted suspension with brand new tires. You can still see the seams and nubbies! Great heater! BIG PICTURE - this truck is worth restoring to the right Dodge truck guy! Options include: AC, PS, PB, AM/FM radio, tilt steering column, gauges, bucket seats and more! The brakes are fabulous with under dash mount emergency hand brake. What's wrong? Well, only minor things that won't bust the bank.: Broken taillights, $21 per pair, no headliner - might not have been one, interior cab dome light- bad bulb, oil pressure gauge disconnected, AC condenser and pump removed- $221, truck bed has rust holes and rust as it was used as a rain gauge for a while- enough to weld in diamond plate or... headlights disconnected, tiny radiator leak on top seam, Gas tank leaks if over 3/4 tank- OEM replacement $91, wiper blades, some vacuum tubes need replacing- cheap, one front bumper mount is slightly tweeked, accelerator pedal linkage is removed- easy fix, rubber boot around the shifter is tore, cracked dash- $45 cover, faded paint- love that Texas sunshine! There is only minor rust on the driver door rocker panel about 5" x 5". FULL DISCLOSURE on even all the little stuff. These are getting very hard to find. This is an easy restoration. All the major components are operable (except AC). So you need a paint job and some of these little nuisance fixes. There is no title. I will provide a bill of sale. Some states are super easy and some are like riding for 8 seconds! I'll work to do whatever I can to help with titling this. This truck is in Eden, Texas about 2.5 hours NW of San Antonio and Austin. I would trailer this as the lights are not working and Texas WILL pull you over just for looking sideways. Will need to be picked up by May 1, Shoot me an offer - you never know!
