Description of 1987 Fiat Other Black

VIN:ZBB128AS007160751
5-speed manual, 1.5L I-4 Fiat 138.A2/A4 engine. Power windows 41k original miles. 2 seater. It takes 93 octane gas. I am the third owner. Don't know much about the first owner, but I can give a list of all repairs done by the second owner. Only one repair was done in a shop. All others were done by me. Almost no rust, not the original paint job. It is currently my daily driver and treats me well. I try to make repairs before things break. It is a rear mid-engine rear wheel drive. Battery and a few fluid tanks are in front boot, including 2-gal windshield wiper fluid (when full, car has nearly perfect 50/50 weight distribution). I put new euro spec projector headlights (not sealed beams) and I have the original sealed beams if you want them. I put in adhesive recess lights because the courtesy lights are not bright and don't really work. Everything else works (except seatbelt indicator light on dash). Doesn't have a radio but has A/C. When I bought the car, it had a lot of play in the shifter, but I fiddled about half of it out. It was garaged for most of its life and never been outside for a winter before. Looking to sell for $4800 obo. The reason I am selling is that I don't have indoor storage and the insurance is way too high for me. I need something easier on gas and insurance. If you have any more questions I prefer to call or text.

Pros:
New battery
All relays and relay board recently cleaned.
New timing belt
New voltage regulator
Rebuilt clutch
Rebuilt transmission rod connection
Rebuilt headlight switch
New fuel injector
New headlights
Fuel injector-engine gas rails replaced with gas lines
Targa top
Newish tires
Passenger steering rack bushing need replacing (already have part and about to put in)
Alternator belt needs replacing (already have part and about to put in)
Cons:
Shifter bushing is worn
Small oil leak (nothing gets left on the ground)
Some rust
Right headlight cover was very mildly damaged during the replacement of the headlight (due to stripped screws)
May need headlight switch relay retrofit (known issue with X1/9s)
Driver window holding mount is improper and needs a quick weld to fix
Crack in windshield on far right
Cracks in dashboard leather
Starter has some bad spots and will probably need to be replaced by the end of the year
Speedometer just stopped working last so milage is no longer accurate by ~80 miles
