Description of 1972 Ford F-350

IT IS RARE TO FIND A 1972 FORD F350 DUALLY IN THIS SHAPE! IT IS 44 YEARS OLD AND WAS STORED IN A BARN FOR TWENTY YEARS UNTIL 2009. IT IS THE HEAD TURNER. IT IS THE THUMBS UP AS YOU DRIVE ALONG. IT IS THE CONVERSATION PIECE WHEN PARKED....EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS VEHICLE. IT NEEDS A NEW OWNER THAT CAN GIVE IT THE ATTENTION IT DESERVES.

A 5th generation F-series dually with a Class C Mitchell camper body, 90 cubic inch engine with a Carter 4 - barrel carburetor and 4-speed transmission. (about 10 mpg). Spent part of its life in Colorado and was painted with Denver Bronco logos and team colors. Air conditioning is present but never hooked up since I have owned it.

The YOUTUBE video shows the vehicle at its peak 2011. Since then It has been parked and I have removed my "RV" stuff and put it in my other RV. I did keep it register and inspected until this year.

I have owned this RV since January 2010. It always has been a project for me and continues to be a project! It needs a lot of work to be fully functional as an RV. I would say it reached its peak with me in 2011 (see video) but I have not been able to do much with it since. A leak in the roof was found at one point and repaired. Most of my RV stuff has been removed.

The RV has: furnace, efrigerator, ot water heater, V radio/CD/ player, tove, icrowave, oaster oven. All have worked when tested previously but I have not used for quite a while.

THIS IS A VEHICLE THAT NEEDS TO BE SEEN TO APPRECIATE ITS CURRENT STATE! IT IS A SURVIVOR BUT NEEDS WORK AND TLC. THIS IS AN IDEAL PROJECT FOR THE FORD ENTHUSIAST OR VINTAGE RV ENTHUSIAST.

Since I have owned it:

New paint on cab

All new tires

Completed brake job (Front and rear) < 50 miles since

Alternator

Shocks (FRONT AND REAR)

Starter

New battery

Backup camera

Thermostat / hoses

WHY AM I SELLING:

I purchased another RV (not vintage) and have five vehicles on my property. People are asking about all the vehicles I have parked in my yard (residential neighborhood). Also, simply don't have the time to work on this vehicle. Last spring I began sanding the RV portion down for a repaint but I have been travelling with work and haven't been able to get back to it.

I am requiring a $500.00 non-refundable deposit at the close of the bidding. I previously sold this vehicle on EBAY but the guy strung me along until he could finally see the vehicle and tried to beat me down on the price thinking he had me over a barrel. I don't need another similar experience.

I travel with work which is another reason I am selling a couple of my vehicles. I am returning this week after an assignment north of the ARTIC circle and will be available to show the vehicle. IF I DO NOT SELL IT, span>I will likely discard the RV portion and repurpose the truck.
