Originally ordered in Dallas. Texas. this car retains its correct color combination of Wimbleton White with blue vinyl interior. The paint and interior are in exceptional condition while the later 302 performance V8 runs very strong. This is a great car-truck to cruise show and enjoy. VIDEO ABOVE / PRESS PLAY The Dallas Love Field Frontiers of Flight Museum is the location of our photshoot of this Falcon-Ranchero. Be sure to visit the historic Flight Museum if you find yourself in Dallas. Texas. The museum is located only minutes from our showroom. The current owner purchased the Ranchero in 2011. Since then he had the engine and transmission rebuilt and there is less than 1000 miles on both since then. Close inspection of the exterior will reveal exceptional body condition throughout. The paint has an excellent shine and curb appeal. The brightwork is in good condition as well. The exhaust turns out just in front of the rear wheels and sounds excellent. A new radiator was installed. Under the hood is the updated 302 cubic inch V8. This engine features an Edelbrock Performer aluminum. 4bbl. carburetor and Holley finned aluminum valve covers. The cam is a mild street performance unit that delivers excellent low end power. Further inspection of the engine compartment reveal original sheetmetal throughout the firewall. inner fenders and core support. The wheels of choice are the factory 14-inch rims with wire wheel covers. The radial tires are sized at 195/70R14 all around. Open the doors to 1965. The interior is in great shape. There is a new headliner done to original style. The windshield and all window seals are new. The trim identification plate is intact. This Falcon Ranchero Deluxe was ordered originally to a Dallas. Texas DSO in Wimbleton White with blue vinyl interior. There is a Tuff Guard storage box mounted behind the passenger seat along with the spare tire/wheel mounted behind the driver's seat area. The blue vinyl is correct for this Ranchero. The original gauges are intact along with the factory steering wheel. The convenient center console is not mounted. The dash and door panels are clean and in great shape. The Pioneer AM/FM CD stereo is mounted underneath the dash. on a floorboard bracket. The bed has been lined and displays the original sheetmetal throughout. Our seller also had new brakes. master cylinder and some brake lines replaced. The tailgate is in very good condition. easy to open and latch closed. The underbody and flooring is in good condition. The engine & transmission undersides are clean while the frame is original and solid throughout this dry climate car.
