NO RESERVESTARTING PRICE INCREASE BY $400 : just ordered a set of QA1 Adjustable 11 Inch Coil-Over Shock Kit with 400# springs for rear from speedway ( you install or I will if the car does not sell. lol. getting ready for summer either way. LOL). Shocks will be here 4/29/15This is a HOTROD that is meant to be driven. this is not a trailer queen. took it our last week and cruised at like 185 degrees all day long. Selling only because I have too many bike. cars. trucks. quads. etc as you can see on my instgram or youtube channel. However. the more that I go thru this car and mint it out. the more I love it!!! Once it's got the new coil shocks and I install the procharger and larson valve covers. I will sell another car and keep this one. She runs real strong. The transmission is a chevy turbo 400 with a shift kit. powering thru to early gm rear (part number matches up to 1959 corvette and others) with street gears. The paint is in nice overall condition and shines beautifully and she gets a lot of attention when Im cruising around town. There is a blemish/chip here and there from the normal wear of driving but she shows very nicely and gets compliments where ever I go. The Frame and undercarriage are solid and clean like the rest of the car. The rear half of the frame has coil overs with shocks and trailing arms. Has a complete exhaust with tips slightly past rear of bumper. Mufflers are cherry bombs. Front control arms have urethane bushings. Overall. trim and chrome is in really nice shape. Roll up windows. hood vent opens and closesFront end control arms are not oem and rack and pinion steering along with the front disc brakes makes her car handle and stop unlike any ordinary 48 Ford. Please keep in mind there is no powering steering. But not hard to drive at all without it. The interior was tastefully done in black and red leather along with the red headliner being in really nice condition. The trunk is clean and detailed with custom black and red panels that match the interior. Lots of $money$ invested in this car. True / actual miles unknown. vintage title not required to show miles in IL. Miles posted on ebay are just a place holder. miles unknown.
