Description of 1990 Honda CRX CRX DX

Hello Ebay!
Up for sale is my 1990 Honda CRX Dx.
This is a very rare chance to purchase a true “Barn Find” CRX.
I purchased this CRX in March of this year, looking to restore this CRX with LOW 79k original miles.
I had the car shipped to Michigan from California sight unseen.
It needed a new gas tank and a new fuel hanger and pump, so the original owner parked it in a covered garage and stored her for 18 years.
After I took ownership, I repaired what it needed and got it running and driving as if it were 1990 again.
As you can see in the photo’s with a little TLC into the body work, and either a little paint, or a vinyl wrap job would make this CRX easily a $6-8k CRX.
The Good:
• Verified Carfax report included, showing 1 – Owner car from California
• NO RUST at all whatsoever on the car
• New Fuel Tank
• New Fuel pump and hanger• New Battery• Only 79,xxx Original Miles!!!
• **MINT CONDITION** OEM CRX Floor Mats!
• Run’s and drives very well, especially after sitting in a garage for 18 years!
• Again, NO RUST!
• All body work can be easily completed, and this will be one of the lowest mileage 1-owner CRX’s still in existence!
• OEM Honda Stereo
• All needed parts: New Front Fender, New Front Bumper (not in picture), and replacement side moldings ALL INCLUDED!
• Clean California Title in hand, ready to sign over.
Not so Good:
• The original owner was not California’s most talented driver…
• Has dented front fender, and dents in rear quarter panels
• Drivers side window needs a new regulator, but its only $55 and should be an easy fix
Truth be told, I do NOT want to sell this car, and therefore if I do not getting close to my asking price, I will keep the car and finish it myself over the long winter as I know how rare this car is, and I won’t ever come across another one.
I really want this car to go to a good home and to someone who knows and loves these cars as much as I do.
This is actually my 5th CRX so I am very familiar with these cars and the market that these old Honda's are going for nowadays.
It’s not uncommon to see a $10k or $15k CRX on Ebay every other week lately, because these cars are so highly desirable and getting harder and harder to find in this type of complete - unmolested original condition.
