1971 International Harvester Travelall

4x4 Model 1110

ARIZONA Desert Find

Up for auction is the super rare and complete Travelall that was rescued from the dry Arizona desert. This gem is truly a survivor and a beast of a 4x4. This bad boy is International's version of the Suburban and you just don't see many come up for auction that aren't totally rusted out or a POS. For being 45 years old, this rig is super solid. This T'all would make a nice candidate for a total restoration or keep as is and camp/hunt/explore & conquer. The big 345 starts up and runs good. No smoke or strange noises. It has power steering and factory A/C (not currently hooked up but all there). Mileage is unknownbut showing ~59k (pretty sure that's not the original mileage). The 2bbl carb has been rebuilt and works great. The radiator has been re-cored. The fuel system has been totally refurbished including tank has been cleaned/dipped/pressure checked. New sending unit with an electric fuel pumpand the fuel gauge actually works! The brakes work fine and all fluids checked. The exterior paint is showing the normal wear from being in the dry desert for many years. Very little rust with solid lower rockers and door sills as well as solid floors. The interior is in great shape. The door panels are pristine. The seats have covers on them and will need to be recovered but are original and in nice condition structurally. The headliner will need to be replaced but have seenthe 4 piece set here on eBay for $100. All the glass is great with no cracks and YES.....the back window does actually roll up and down.....BONUS! The wagon wheels are nice and brand new 31/10.5/15 Mud terrains have been mounted with zero miles on them. Has the super desirable and toughDana diffs that work as they should.

You just don't see these very often and when you do, more then likely they are the 2WD version. These internationals are quickly becoming the next big thing and are a great investment. In fact, HAGERTY Insurance recently said: "International SUV's are up 85%" and"These SUV's are going to be the big trend in car collecting". The reserve is low and fair and if you check the other T'alls on eBay atm....there area couplerestored rigsfor25k, another at 35k and one 2WD for 7k.

Clear AZ Title in hand and notarized.

I have not had the T'all long enoughto drive for any long distances or road trips. Therefore I cannot guarantee that every gauge, light, option, function, etc., will work as it should. We do our best to inspect these vehicles in every detail, and note any imperfections in the advertisement.Likewise, it's not recommended driving this vintage on a cross country road trip to it's new home but rather be safe and have it transported.
