Description of 1994 Jaguar XJS 2+2 Convertible

For sale here is my 1994 Jaguar XJS 2+2 Convertible with 6.0 liter V12 and 4 speed automatic transmission, and 72,232 miles. The exterior is finished in Glacier White, with the interior and convertible top trimmed in Barley. Book-matched elm adorns the dash, doors, and console. Originally a California car, the second owner had it brought to Wisconsin in 1998 where it has been garaged and never driven in winter. He owned the car until 2014 when I purchased it.
The car is equipped with all the features you'd expect of a luxury grand tourer - Connolly-upholstered power seats with heat and lumbar adjustment, power windows, mirrors, locks, antenna, and convertible top. It also has the Sportpack, bringing high-back front seats, trunk-mounted spoiler, and limited-slip differential. The Jaguar factory AM/FM stereo features weather band reception, in-deck cassette player, and trunk-mounted CD changer (though I'm missing the magazine for it). ABS brakes provide extra peace of mind, while cruise control and cold air conditioning make driving comfortable and easygoing.
Interior upholstery is all original and free from rips, tears, or creasing. Exterior paint has been regularly maintained and waxed. It is clean, even, shiny, and in overall good condition. Bear in mind that the car is 23 years old, so some imperfections are present.
No major maintenance is necessary until at least 100,000 miles. Within the last 2 years and 7,000 miles I have tuned up the engine (plugs, wires, cap, rotor), verified all valve clearances, exchanged all fluids (coolant, brake, power steering, transmission, differential), replaced both thermostats and coolant pressure caps, rebuilt the rear halfshafts, fitted new gaskets to the camshaft oil feed tubes, replaced the oil pressure sensor, and recharged the air conditioning.
The car does have some faults:
The motor has some cold piston slap on cylinder 2B. It is present during cold operation and goes away as the engine warms. A video describing the condition can be seen here
Additionally, I had a sample of engine oil lab tested to ensure the engine was in good shape internally. The report can be seen here
This does not affect the performance or durability of the motor, but is mildly annoying.
The check engine light is illuminated for a bad A-bank (passenger side) catalyst. Driveability and durability are not affected.
As mentioned earlier, I am missing the CD changer magazine.
The car is being offered with no reserve and a clean Wisconsin title. Best of luck to all, and feel free to message me with any questions you may have.
