Description of 1984 Jeep Wagoneer Limited

Selling for my family's estate. We where going to keep the truck in the family after my grandparents recent passing, but circumstances have changed and now selling the truck. The truck was gone through and is now a clean dependable daily driver with cold A/C. It is a 1984 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Limited 4x4. My Grandparents purchased new in 1984.
The 360ci engine was completely rebuilt at The Engine Shop here in Glenale AZ less than 10 months ago. Over $6k was spent including: New aluminum radiator, battery, plugs, wires, Edelbrock carburetor in Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, electronic ignition.
The chassis had new front disk brakes, axle joints. Also new window tinting, stereo and speakers.
The air conditioning system was completelygone through and blows ice cold.
The interior is very clean. A dash mat was installedwhen purchased new and original dash has no cracks. Original carpet is in excellent condition as well. The seats do show dry cracking from over the years of use. The door panels and and rear tailgate trim are like new. Other than the cruise control, all options in the truck from the original quarts digital clock to the glove box and both dome lights function. Note:the rear of the headliner is starting to sag down.
The 4wd engagesas it shouldin both low and high.
The body is in excellent condition for the year, has normal paint/trim dings/wear at would be expected. The driver side passenger lower door has a ding. The chassis was undercoated from the factory and is rust free except 2 nickle size rust spots coming through by passenger side rear quarter panel window (see picture).The original front grill has a crack at the top with the chrome starting to peel. All the original chrome and aluminum trim pieces and bezelsare clean and straight.
Even the rear tailgate electricwindow functions up and down as it should with both the rear tailgate key and dash switch.
The Jeep runs and drives excellent, is in amazing original condition. Drives, brakes and steers straight and tight. Fly into Phoenix airport and drive across the country back home. The chassis odometer now has 195,235 miles on it, it does go up as it does get driven. The title is a clean Arizona title. Has original Jeep key set.
