Description of 1987 Jeep Wagoneer

This old Georgia country girl needs a little TLC. Was a daily runner for us for 11+ years, but has been sitting since October 2019. She has had many new parts within last 3 years: front ball joints and hubs, fuel rail, water pump, radiator, overflow tank and hoses, main computer, rear tail light lenses, and a few other small things. When parked it was in running condition, but is in need of an alternator (the bearing was making noise and it seemed to be draining the battery -- which has been replaced ( battery- not alternator)). It did fire up this morning after being on a trickle charger overnight. The serpentine belt squeals when starts which am told has to do with the bearing being bad on alternator. ( We do have a spare belt). Did check on the price of the alernator ( between $60-$100) but was told that there are three different ones for this year and model so need to know exactly which one it is).
Emma (the Jeep) is being sold as is as she does have her issues which I guess can be expected at her age. The hood release cable broke ( and is a beast to replace) so the hood is held down with a tow strap ;-) I am sure that hood pins can be used, but we used what we had on hand. The rear bumper needs to be tamped down a bit ( backed into a fence post- --see pics of rear-- is an easy fix ); the driver's seat needs to be replaced ( frame and all -- it broke loose from the metal frame but there are many to be found at salvage yards at a reasonable price). There is some rust that has gone through the driver floorboard, but nothing that keeps it from being driven..
She is a 4 X 4, but the drive shaft is not in. We purchased Emma with it already taken out and just never had the need to use, but we do have that. We also have oil and filter for a change. The two front tires have gone flat from sitting, and will need to be replaced as they are in bad shape from before having ball joints fixed. Local service station guy said they slow leak as the rims need to be replaced (not sure, but are probably the rims original to the Jeep)
Trying to mention as much as we can, but if you have any questions that we might not have covered, shoot a message and we will get back to you.
We thank you for your interest and hope one of y'all can see past the flaws and provide a new loving home for our girl Emma.
