car was previously sold on ebay but i had it in the wrong category, here was a problem with the title transfer buyer was inpatient and unwilling to wait a few days so i refunded there money and they still left me a negative feedbac, itle is now a clear iowa title ready to transfer to new owner, 967 mercury cougar xr7 a code 289 4v c4 automatic trans power disc brakes, ront tilt away steering wheel complete but need to troubleshoot for proper function, c complete under dash components missing under hood, rakes are pretty much all new including hardware but need to bleed system, nterior is decent but not perfect seats have been recovered dash pad warped at ends tach not working due to aftermarket ignition syste, pper console missing lower console clock butchered up by previous owner for a stereo, here is one rear armrest missing map pockets on front doors missing, ome chrome pitting on interior chrome, ew heater cor, ll heat ac vents function according to settings on dash controller, ideaway headlights need correct headlight switch for vacuum and may need some vacuum lines, ll lights seem to function properly on ca, body very good, mall surface rust spots behind each rear wheel down low very minimal, luminum patch in trunk floor at the high spot on floor but see no rust from underneath also done by previous owner, nd one very small spot at drivers floor near torque box also extremely minimal, etal is solid below rear window were vinyl top is torn no rust there, ront end suspension looks mostly new and rebuilt with exception of could use some high quality gas shocks, ear suspension looks to have new leaf springs coil over shocks, ewer bfgoodrich tires, inyl top needs stripped and replaced and roof metal sanded down and treated, here is bubbling under vinyl top but no soft spots or anything to indicate any rust through, ougar has been in iowa for 1.5 years always garaged never driven in winter or salt spent some time in Colorado but most in California, this is an orig calif car with dso 5, hich explains the minimal rust, rim tag on door is missing but have orig owners manual with codes for trim tag 65b, olor z, nterior 6g, ate 28c, so 52, xle 1, rans w, ll in all this cougar is pretty nice not all things restored are done proper but it is a solid cougar for the year, aypal will not be accepted on this sale, refer face to face payment or can figure that out if it sells, old as is no warranty expressed or implie, lso for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction early if sold locally, ill not meet or drive to meet, car must be picked up at my location, thanks for looking might trade for a nice bronco or ?
