This is a Fiberglass Kit Car or Replica of a 1952 MG TD. It has a clear Title and is Titled as a 1952 MG TD. The car has all Ford Drive Train. Most of the replicas that I've seen are on Volkswagen Pans. This one is on a custom Tube Chassis with Mustang II Suspension. It has a 1974 Ford Mustang 6 Cylinder Engine and 4 Speed Manual Transmission. This car has lots of new parts. The Engine was just rebuilt, o of course, ew Bearings, ew Piston Rings, ew Oil Pump, ew Water Pump, ew Starter, ew Clutch, ew Fuel Pump, ew Points, ew Condensor, ew Cap, ew Rotor Button, nd more. The entire Brake System was replaced, ncluding: New Master Cylinder, ew Brake Hoses, ew Hard Brake Lines, ew Wheel Cylinders, ew Calipers, ew Rotors, ew Shoes and New Pads. The car has a brand new set of Radial Tires. The Stickers are still on the Tire Treads. The Rims and Hub Caps are from the 1974 Mustang II donor car. I did not buy a new spare, o the spare rim is mounted on the back of the car and needs a tire. The car got new Halogen Headlights and anything else I thought needed replacing. The car has a full set of gauges. The Transmission has a manual Speedometer output, ut there is an electronic drive that powers the electronic Speedometer in the dash. I thought this was pretty neat. The Body of the car is very nice. The Burgundy color is in the Fiberglass Gel Coat and is not paint. That makes it very durable. There is no damage to the body beyond small knicks and scratches. The Suicide Doors and Hood Open, lose and Latch well. This is a Roadster, o there are no Windows in the Doors. The Top and Side Curtains are with the car. The Aluminum Top Bows are in good condition. The Canvas Top and Side Curtains are in Poor condition. The Top is good enough to make a pattern from, ut not much else. There are several sites on line that sell the Top for this car, just never got around to buying one. There are still a few things that need to be addressed. The carburetor needs to be rebuilt. I am considering buying a new one. The car starts and runs, ut dies at idle. The car needs some of the wiring redone and needs a new ignition switch. I don't have a key for the switch in the column. I have started it with a jumper wire. This is a neat little Suicide Door Roadster. I have put a lot of time and money in this car. I have another project that needed the garage space this car was taking up, o the MG needs a new home. I will try to answer any questions though email. I am listing this car with no reserve. It sells to the highest bidder. I may be able to assist with delivery, or a fee, ithin a couple hundred miles of Canton, hio.
