Description of 1994 Porsche 968 Convertible

Relisting due to non-paying buyer. Please read the whole ad, it runs and drives but is a PROJECT.

I'm selling my 968. It's a fun driving project! Just under 164,500 miles, 6 speed manual, I have clean/clear Indiana title in my name - however eBay's Autocheck shows it has/had a rebuilt title. I picked it up as a little project a few months ago. I've spent about $2,500 going through it so far (previous owner claims to have spent $2,000 on it in the previous year). It's a fun car, but I don't have time to finish it. Done in the past couple months: Brand New Tires w/ Discount Tire Warranty Full Tune-Up - Plugs, Wires (RS Barn), Cap, Rotor, Coil New MAF New DME Relay Replaced Driver Window Motor w/ Used Unit New Rear Shift Linkage Bushings Convertible Top Bows Professionally Welded and Reinforced

Convertible Top Window Replaced Done in the past year by the previous owner: New Fuel Pump

New Fuel Filter New Starter New Alternator Belt

Injectors Cleaned NEEDS: Paint, the clear coat is flaking and faded in spots The top is functional, keeps the weather out and heat in, but it's rough around the edges. Was told the auto up/down motors work, but is currently in manual mode. Radio doesn't work, no speaker in driver's door Brake lining sensors are gone, pads are good but the dash light is on Has 1 blink code for Hall Sensor - started hesitating under acceleration, so I unplugged the MAF to get rid of the hesitation for now (may also be the MAF, the new one was under warranty so I just sent it back for replacement) Fuel level gauge doesn't work Battery goes flat if it sits for a few days (it may be going bad, I haven't had time to investigate)

Handbrake not working

One headlight doesn't retract when you turn them off, I just put it down by hand

Probably some misc I'm forgetting The timing belt looks to be in good shape, but I bought the timing and balance shaft belts anyways, I haven't had a chance to install them. I also have a replacement Hall Sensor I haven't installed. It needs someone who has the time to push it across the finish line, or just enjoy it as-is.
