Description of 1979 Replica/Kit Makes Daytona Sebring

This Auction is for a 1979 Daytona Sebring Kit Car. This car is powered by a VW Engine, and has a manual transmission. It runs good, Shifts Good, and does what it's supposed to do-LOOK COOL =). I was told by the previous owner that this car can also be powered with a rotary engine, and a few other higher powered ones but I haven't been able to get ahold of him lately to remember what they were, or what all that entails.
The paint on this car is a little faded so we used a little quick detailer on it to show what it would look like if someone were to buff it out real good. It has a few minor issues like the headlights sometimes won't pop up all the way, the air conditioning isn't hooked up, and the starter needs a shim as sometimes you will have to give the engine a little turn by hand to get it to turn over. None of these things are at all complicated or expensive to fix, I just haven't had the time to get to them.
This is going to be a GREAT little car for someone who has the time to mess with it. The fiberglass body looks FANTASTIC. The power top lift works as it should, and it has a brand new battery installed. Title in Hand, and the Tires look GREAT! This will be a No Reserve Auction! Good Luck!
