Description of 1988 Toyota Pickup Standard

1988 Toyota Pickup Standard 4X4 with venerable 22RE engine.
All original, 29 year old, true survivor with the exception of 3" lift (passed NJ Stability Test, done right, professional), American Racing rims, newer 32" BF Goodrich tires, and roll-bar.Black exterior, grey interior. All original interior (seat covers on for 25 years!), no tears in upholstery, still has OEM sticker showing 4X4 high, low, 2Wd diagramOwners manual, etc paperwork showing inspection for stability
Original paint, engine, 5 spd manual drive train (all match).Original miles 84,811.NO ACCIDENTS, no bodywork"Engine does not burn a drop of oil", needs tune upFrame rails show no rust through, truck bed is typical toyota rust (see pics)Under-carriage photos show surface rust, main cab is in great shape.
My father bought truck in 1992 (second owner), I am his son. He meticulously maintained truck. This was his toy and used very little (see first pic for how great it looked in 1992). I took ownership in 2003 after my father went blind and eventually passed away. I don't have time to work on truck. Needs tune-up, A/C needs recharge, needs thermostat, exhaust, drive side mirror, and clutch fluid cylinder replacement. No known issues with transmission, clutch, and 4X4 hubs work.I have driven it to work (60 miles each way) on occasion to keep fluids circulating. Recently, I have not driven due to clutch cylinder leak. Otherwise, truck runs and drives, but needs some TLC and time that I just don't have. 22RE engine is bullet proof. It has therefore come to this listing on ebay. I hope the truck will find a new owner to restore to former glory. This is a classic already, sure to appreciate in value. I already have many people complimenting me on truck. Regret selling!!!
