Description of 1974 Alfa Romeo GTV

For Sale is a great Alfa Romeo GTV 2000. This car was in storage for 30 years before being brought back to life! The body and paint are in great shape. nbsp; though there are a few minor flaws. Above the front bumper there are pin head spatterings of grey paint. Thanks to a heavy duty underseal applied by the PO. the car is sound. though there is a tiny spot of bubbling near the back corner of the passenger door. Floor panels have been repaired. New rocker panels front and rear are in evidence. Likewise. the door bottoms have been replaced. Everything is straight and true. with consistent panel gaps. The original color was a green / blue. which has since been repainted alfa red. The car's chrome present very well. The wood veneer and dash tops are in great shape. and the wood steering wheel is excellent. To the left of the glove box there's a small stress crack at the bottom of the dash. The original headliner is excellent and the seats front and rear have been newly upholstered. Leather handbrake boot and mahogany shift knob are both new and beautiful. The signs of wear on the interior are a small tear on the passenger side of the center console and wear at the bottom of the interior door panels. Electrics function well. including wipers. lights. heater blower. and horn. The car does not currently have seatbelts installed. though the mounting points front and back are present. The actual mileage 64. 59 miles. This is the actual mileage! The current odometer is a replacement and reads higher. There are Koni shocks at the rear. an ANSA twin pipe exhaust. The engine with Spica injection is very strong. Compression reads approximately 130 all the way across. There is a new thermostatic actuator installed along with a new water pump. Clutch master cylinder installed recently. Tires are Michelin with plenty of tread. Please note: The Alfa is located in Sausalito. California. This is an Ebay auction. not a car dealership.
