I have a 1982 AMC Eagle Sx/4 for sale, it's a straight six manual four speed with a T-4 transmission not the SR4 the cars got about 160,000 miles but that's nothing for a 4.2 straight six. I bought this car several years ago and it needed lots of love and attention. I sanded the car down and repainted it, I welded brand new rocker panels and floor pans in because they were rusted away. The carpet has been replaced and the seats are in good shape. The drivers seat sits a little low because I think it needs new foam under the seat. All of the trim has been painted black, and the Windows have 0 cracks or chips and have been tinted to 15%. It has a brand new clutch in it and the seals in both the transfer case and the transmission also the rear end pinion seal has been replaced. It has an aftermarket stereo system in it, and custom Bluetooth headlights that change colors Via a app on your phone. The engine runs like a champ, it's always started up and never once has it let me down. It's got an upgraded offenhauser intake manifold with a 2 barrel carb that I just had rebuilt and tuned. You can cruise at 70-80 on the interstate. Like an old car the eagles got a few faults, the AC doesn't work, we couldn't get the clutch to Engage so we think it needs a new compressor, the speedometer doesn't work but I have a new one for it that I can throw in. It's got a few chips on the car due to the larger tires, and the drivers door rubs for some reason I think the door needs to be moved back. it's sitting on 15" powdercoated black Jeep Cherokee rims, with 235 75 R15 A/T tires, the fender flares have been RhinoLined and look brand new. I love this car, and it's been a real joy to have. You literally can't stop anywhere without someone asking you about it.
