Description of 1972 AMC Gremlin

Hello all. I'm selling my Gremlin. which has been in our family for 17+ years. Re-painted in it's original Plum color. before I purchased it. As you can see. blisters are forming in 3 locations. otherwise. there is no body rust or rust thru. This car originated from Montana. which at that time. used no salt on their roads. The only rust holes are underneath. which are shown in the underside photos. on the inner rockers. The car is a true V8 304 car. and is NOT A GREMLIN X. merely has the striping installed for cosmetic appearance. I replaced the 304 with a 1975 360. (used) from a Wagoneer. approximately 10 years ago and runs great. The Carb is new. 904 Trans rebuilt ( have receipt ). and brakes have all been gone thru. in the past few years. The car is otherwise 100% original. no hack jobs. no molestation whatsoever. All original parts still on this 68. xx mile vehicle. The interior has one tear near the drivers side. on the left seam. the carpets are stained or dirty in various locations throughout. The door panels are warping slightly. and the rear panels have speaker holes in them. Originally equipped with Air Conditioning. many of those parts are long gone. NO radio! All lights. turn signals. blower motor. wipers. and gauges work . s they should. horn does not. Has tilt steering column and power steering. Engine compartment. and all jambs are original too. Note stickers under hood area. Grille has been repaired/modified. The rear axel is non-posi traction. tires are old. I drive it occasionally. during nice weather. and have no problem with reliability. The car is 40+ years old. so no guarantees. warrantees. etc. Let the pictures do the talking. There are literally none of these out there. especially as original as this one. so bid to own. and DO NOT DO SO. UNLESS YOU MAN UP AND PAY FOR WHAT YOU COMMIT TO!!!!
