This fine example came off the Southbridge production line on Sept. 30th 1957. One of the few 100/6's destined for the U.S.-On March 9th 1959, he car was retrofitted with the then brand new 124 H.P. Austin Healey 3000 engine at the factory-the owner wanted more power, hinking he was going to race it in the states. Soon after that-this wonderful car was onboard a ship destined for it's new home in Boston. The car has been in the same family for 40 plus years before having a complete body off restoration taking approx. 3 years. The car recently changed hands and has been kept in a climate controlled garage and having completed less than 2,000 mile since the restoration.
