Description of 1962 Austin Healey Sprite |
1962 Austin Healey Sprite is the basically the same as MG Midget. this year. 63K original miles. I will sell to anywhere in the world. Shipping help. gladly provided. Look at my feedback. nd trust my description. as accurate. I can provide info on four successful overseas sales of vintage motorcycles in the last few years. Being the early model Sprite. it has only inside door handles and no roll-up windows. Awesome. who needs that stuff. Sliding windows(good frame. ut windows and rubber need renewal)and a usable top(no rips. ut yellowed windows) are included. but rarely needed. A brand new tonneau cover will be included. This is a summer and fall car. Recent work included tuneup. complete new braking system. all parts. drums. hoes. and all hydraulics replaced. Clutch hydraulics replaced as well. Transmission is a fresh rebuilt and clutch is new. that is the webbed case trans upgrade. not the original smooth case. Much better trans. 948cc Engine is solid with no known problems. New battery. The front shocks are new. as well. Car is rust free. xcept some surface rust underneath. It can be easily driven. with everything working well. It was not driven much in the last 30 years. and much work has been done recently to make it drivable. You will be pleasantly surprised at the quality of this car. Any questions. please email for quick response. Thanks. Gary PS: the car received paint and body work. engine rebuild in 1985. Has been covered in garage. since then. Never had time for this car. Sad. ut true. We have done the recent work. so this won't happen to you. Put this one under the tree. Happy bidding and motoring! |
