Description of 1959 austin healey Bugeye Sprite

Attached are photos of my Austin Healey, Bugeye Sprite, Project Car...
The car was purchased in San Diego, was owned/driven in So.CA. Dismantled and traveled to Windsor,Ca for an acid bath. Then sealed with an epoxy paint primer. The process dips the entire tub in a vat of acid, which revels all imperfection/rust, etc, down to the bone metal. The car had never been hit so the body was a perfect candidate for restoration outside of common weather rust.
I then built and mounted the tub on a rotisserie and spent years patching and welding new steel and replacement parts, new floor pans, pillar points and panels back to original shape, all metal, no filler. I was mentored by a retired 40 year body/fender guy. Smooth as a babies butt. I have since dry tested door alignment and bonnet alignment with perfect results. I purchased a rare original hard top,w/glass and mounts, a new vinyl top, brand new, (in box), mag lite rims, new master cylinder, new mirrors, new rugs, anti sway bar, new updated shocks. I traded the front bumper for a custom Stainless Steel front bonnet swing mount. I also purchased a second 1964 Sprite for it's title and to cannibalize the 1200cc engine and rib gate trans, rear drive train and front disc brakes from the running 64. New updated Weber carburetor, (have the OG SU's), brand new wood steering and boss, new wiring harness and boxes full of new chrome parts. New seat covers, (with two tone pipping in vinyl), extra vinyl to replace OG interior panels, all new seal gaskets. Screws, bolts exhaust, gas tanks, an OG leather sift knob, w/AH emblem, boxes of replacement parts, all trim and original pieces, nuts, bolts, screws, taken off the car prior to the acid bath. All boxed and carefully stored...along with repair and rebuild books for the car, and original 59 specs. This was not intent for concurs but a damn nice, clean driver. Also a clean title on the 64, (the 59 title was not recovered), the current registration is a "Non Op", meaning a not operating vehicle while it is being worked on. I also validated with CA-DMV that the title and registration can change over to represent 1959 at the point that it is registered as an operating vehicle.
In the 15 years I have owned the car it has always been garage kept on the rotisserie as I have attempted to paint twice but was unable to reach the desired finish on the car. (I also have Nasons paint (bing cherry red) and Nasons clear coat for the bug.) Having spent the last 15 year off and on working on the car it has seen a lot of love. Only wanting to gain back some investment in parts, not labor. I am willing to pack the parts in a container and send it to it's new home. Too busy or don't live within driving distance, not a problem, there are pod container movers that can help us make the move to your location. I am willing to oversee packing. Going to limit that to the lower 48. You pick the moving company and get pricing from 94038. Zero bidders need to contact me before placing a bid. Any question please LMK. There is a "no reserve" on this sale, best offer will be considered, I have a TON of sweat equity, research and new parts in this build, serious offers/buyers only.
Happy Bidding... To visit finished versions of this little car...
