1960 Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite for restoration

1960 Austin Healey "BUGEYE" Sprite for restoration. Believed to be a numbers matching car, repainted in original color.

This car has had an amateur restoration started years ago by previous owner.

It has sat for many years. I purchased it last year with the intent of getting it running, and doing a driver restoration.

Unfortunately my space is now limited, and I can't do it at present time.

It is mostly complete. It is missing one bottom seat cushion, rear over riders, and headlight trim rings.

The motor turns freely, and will be able to roll, but with no braking ability.

It appears to have a very good bonnet. Most of the body seems to be in good shape.

The paint has suffered from storage. It is presentable, but not show quality.

The underside will need some work, as shown in pictures.

There is no title with this car. Maine is a non title state for cars of this vintage, and car will be sold on Bill Of Sale ONLY.

A registration can be gotten in my name if needed, at the buyer's expense, as car would have to be insured etc. to get a reg.

A NON-returnable $500 deposit is required within 24 hrs. of auction close.

This car is being sold as is where is,with NO warranties given or implied.
