Description of 1991 BMW 3-Series 318is

1991 BMW 318is. Lachsilber on grey leather interior. Survivor with original paint on all but the passenger mirror and front lip.

I bought this car in January of this year with the intent to keep it long-term. However, y collection is at a point where it needs to be reduced. I purchased it from the second owner. It has been a Florida car and as such, as no rust issues. This is an unrestored survivor. A car only has original paint once. This is a very clean example of an E30. In my opinion, he 318is, s the best model of the E30, utside of the M3. The 318is has the much more modern M42. It combines fuel efficiency and excellent weight distribution. There is no question that the 318is turns-in and handles significantly better than its six cylinder brethren.
Many E30s have been owned by people who have abused them in some manner. Many have been significantly modified, bused on race tracks, rashed, tc. This is an unmolested vehicle. It was owned by two elderly ladies and was maintained by a professional. I don't believe that the car has ever been modified aside from the aftermarket head unit that is currently present. I do have proof as to the last owner.
