Description of 1989 BMW 3-Series 325iX

Up for sale is my daily driver for the past year and a half. It has about 130k miles and a lot has been done to my awd e30 since I bought it to bring it up to spec as a daily driver. It is a great driver, not as much a great car to look at. Previous owners did not properly take care of the car, so the paint is rough, the rear valence has been hacked and dented, it must have been hit in the rear at some point. The car is not perfect but is a very good driver that is solid, there is rust but no serious rot and the strut towers that are infamous for rusting out are in pristine condition. Carbon fiber vinyl is on the worse parts of the paint including the upper fenders and it is on the trunk and sunroof. They also replaced the exhaust with one from an earlier e30 which is incorrect and vibrates on the transmission crossmember, this is nothing bad just annoying. The awd works very well in the snow, the viscous coupling in the transfercase is not perfect, but the awd works well and is by no means broken. The transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The fuel gauge works intermittently, but the low fuel light still comes on as it should. The central locking only works from the passenger side door but does lock and unlock all the doors. Inside the interior is very good, the biggest flaws are the driver seat bottom which is ripped up and the few cracks in the dash like most other e30's. The items that have been done during my ownership are as follows.
-timing belt and water pump at 120k
-front inner and outer cv axle boots on both sides
-driver rear wheel bearing
-driver rear cv axle
-driver rear caliper
-snow tires, amazing in the snow
-mtech 1 steering wheel
Will come with 1 extra drivers front CV Axle (worth about $500 used) that needs the boots replaced. Have the boots to replace it just haven't done so. Stock parts such as the stock steering wheel and rear wing will be included as well as misc. parts that I have accumulated over the years. Any other questions please contact me.
