Description of 1987 BMW 5-Series Bucket Seats

1987 535 is. These cars are becoming more rare every year. I have owned this car since the late 90's. I bought it in Atlanta had it restored with new paint and tan leather. Over the years I have lavished a great deal on it. The engine was tuned by a master BMW mechanic and through the years it has been a real head turner. Even those behind the wheel of a new BMW turn their heads. Going to fill-up always gets questions. I am nearing retirement and need to let it go to someone else that loves these cars. It is not a perfect car, though the paint and interior remain well done. It is not a show car. The engine is still very strong-but the transmission needs a 3rd synchromesh. Speedometer head needs to be replaced. True mileage is not known. I have decided to let it go. The exact mileage is unknown and in here in Alabama it is exempt. I have most of the records for work done but over the last 20 years but don't have all of them.
It was originally painted by one of the leading body shops in Birmingham, AL and he has put paint on several of my cars. He lays down glass and touched this one up prior to this listing.
