| BAVARIAN LOVERSHERE IS A BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC1987 BMW 635CSI. 5 SPD M/T SPORT COUPEHISTORYJUST TO MAKE THINGS CLEAR I'M NOT A DEALER. THIS BMW IS A 3 OWNER CAR; FIRST OWNER PURCHASED THE CAR ON 11/15/86AT JOHN ROBERTS BMW INC. IN DALLAS. TEXAS. AND SERVICED THE CARTHERE TILL 2008. THE BOOK HAS ALL SERVICE STAMPS AND INSPECTIONSWITH DEALER CODE. MILEAGE AND DATES. WELL DOCUMENTED SHOWINGOWNERS NAME AND COMPLETE INFORMATION. I WILL PASS THIS ONE TO ITSNEW OWNER. THE SECOND OWNER PURCHASED THE CAR AND BROUGHT ITDOWN TO FLORIDA AS HOBBY/WEEKEND TOY. SINCE THEN. THE CAR HAS BEENSERVICE BY QUALIFIED BMW MECHANICS. CAR RETAINS ITS ORIGINALFACTORY PAINT. WITH ONLY 2 MINOR SPOTS THAT HAVE BEEN TOUCHED UPPROFESSIONALLY AND ARE NOT NOTICEABLE BUT I WILL NOT HIDE ANYTHINGOR MISLEAD ANYONE. PAINT IS 90% ORIGINAL. THE MINOR DAMAGE WAS DONEBY HIS 6 YR OLD SON LEANING HIS BICYCLE ON CAR INSIDE THE GARAGED. THE CAR ALSO HAS A FEW VERY MINOR PAINT SHIPS ON FRONT END BY THESPOILER AND EMBLEM THAT ARE THE SIZE OF BALL POINT PEN TIP THAT CAN'TBE SEEN UNLESS YOU’RE INCHES FROM THE CAR. THERE ARE SOME OTHERMINOR CHIPS THAT I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF AND POSTED HERE BUT THEREIS NOTHING THAT YOU CAN SPOT FROM 2-FEET AWAY FROM CAR. DESCRIPTIONTHE CAR RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY RED PAINT THAT IS IN GOOD CONDITION (NO REPAINT). ALL WINDOWS WORKFRONT RADIATOR AUXILIARY A/C FAN WORKS IN LOW AND HIGH AND THE A/CBLOWS COLD. SUNROOF WORKS IN ALL POSITIONS. POWER SEATS WORKBOTH OUTSIDE MIRRORS WORKFOG LIGHTS WORK. LL LIGHTS WORK INCLUDING DASHTHE INTERIOR IS ALL ORIGINAL WITH NO TEARS BUT DOES SHOW SOME LEATHER STRESS. A PROFESSIONAL WAS HIRED RECENTLY TO REPAIR THE LEATHER SO THE STRESS IS MUCH LESS VISIBLEREAR WINDOW SHADE IS GOOD NOT BROKEN. ULLS IN AND OUTTHE DASH HAS NO CRACKSHEADLINER IS LIKE NEWTRANS SHIFTS LIKE BUTTER UP OR DOWNENGINE SOUNDS GOOD WITH NO SMOKE . O KNOCKS. ITH LOTS OF POWER. ABSOLUTELY NO OIL OR FLUID LEAKS. SOLID MECHANICAL CONDITIONNEEDS NOTHING. TARTS ON THE FIRST TRY ALL THE TIME. DLES SMOOTH WITH NO SHACKING OR RATTLESBOTTOM OF CAR IS REAL CLEAN STILL WITH THE FACTORY RED COLORWHEEL WELL ARE CLEAN WITH THE FACTORY REDTHERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RUST IN THIS CARMECHANICAL UPGRADES4 BILSTEIN M6 PSS10 SYSTEM COIL OVER ADJUSTABLE SHOCKS: $1. 75. 00 DONE IN 2/2012. RIGHT NOW THEY ARE AT ONE TURN FROM BOTTOM. THYE CAN BE TURNED ALL THE WAY UP BY HAND AND CAR WILL SIT AT FACTORY LEVEL. ALL NEW STEERING PARTS DRIVES STRAIGHT AND SOLID4 18" ORIGINAL BMW BEYERN WHEELS MULTI SILVER. WITH MIRROR CUT LIP. 4 KUMHO TIRED WITH PLENTY OF THREAD LEFT: $3. 50 DONE IN 4/2012THE 2ND OWNER HAD THE GAUGE CLUSTER REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT. I WAS TOLD IT HAD BAD GEARS AND WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. SIDE COMPUTER IS WORKING AND ALL CHECK LIGHTS WORK. I HAVE ANOTHER SET OF 15" BBS WHEELS WHICH ARE IN LIKE NEW CONDITION WITH 4 RADIAL TIRES WITH 70% TREAD LIFE OR BETTER. THIS WILL BE INCLUDED. THE CAR HAS UPGRADED RADIO WITH AM/FM/CD/IPOD CONNECTIONS AS WELL AS BLUETOOTH & REMOTE CONTROL WITH SPEAKERS. INSTALLED IN 7/2011. I mentioned the extra set of wheels were BBS. but after taking them out from storage. they are actually Borbet wheels. The condition is still excellent. I have never used the wheels ever since I bought the car. so they are in great shape with plenty of wear left. Also. BMW didn't start adding airbags to the 635's until the 1988 model. so this 1987 model does not have airbags. Thank you! |
