1930 Buick Model 47 four door Sedan. Engine is a six cylinder overhead valve producing 81 H.P. Three speed floor mounted non synchronous transmission. Good clutch operation. Vehicle runs, drives, steers and brakesperfectly with the following work completed since I owned it. Brake and steering adjustments. Four rebuilt lever shocks by Apple Hydraulics installed. Changed all fluids including steering, differential, transmission oil and oil filter. Grease all fittings. Removed head and hadsix new exhaust valves installed and had the headmagnafluxed. Intake valves were OK.New head gasket and new head bolts. Engine compression is in the 80's and normal. New freeze plugs.Valveshave been adjusted to spec.Installed a good exhaust manifold with no cracks andnew gaskets. New valve cover gasket. New plugs, distributor cap, rotor, points and condenser. Installed a 6 volt electric fuel pump near fuel tank. Set timing.Removed the radiator and had a new core installed. Buick has the upgrade wire wheels for all six wheels. Original wheels had wood spokes. Six new inner tubes with 90 degree valve stems onthe running four Two appropriate, what I call vintagefog lights installed. Had a carb gasket installed. The carb is the original updraft Marvel. Water temperature, oil pressure, generator all working to specifications along with the dash gauges. Fuel tank guage does not work. Battery is a 6 voltNAPA 7244 and is in good shape. New spark plug wires included but not installed. Wipers do not work. Radiator thermostatshutters do not work and Heat riser and heat control valves are not functional. All lights work(dash, brake, hi/lo beam running and vintage fog lights There is no cabin heater. Since I only drove this vehicle in summer months, I had no need for the aforementioned missingclimate functions.
