Original 1955 Buick Special,,,,Runs like a clock,,Drives good,,everything works,,,all lights...all functions,,,,was kept running and maintained inside for 30 years only drove in parades,,,shows,,,recent work : All new Tires and Wheels,,,wheel adaptors,,,lugs,,,all new BRAKES,,,,replaced brake lines,,,all new Exhaust system and Muffler,,,Completely NEW rebuilt Clutch ( 50 miles ago ),,,Completely rebuilt 3 speed Transmission,,,( 50 miles ago , ,,the car has rust but nothing that can't be fixed,,,water sat in trun, ,,made 2 holes,,,,rest is very good,,,it is overall very solid,,,,it does have a rust hole,,,in back frame but had it looked a, ,,I had a welder look at i, ,,he said no proble, ,,,I drove it for about a week and the clutch or linkage now needs adjustin, ,,I can't figure it ou, ,,I can't get it to go in gear,,,,and now has dead battery,,,only get click,,,,tried to jump i, ,,too dead,,,am working on tha, ,,it runs PERFECT when it gets good juice,,,,gas tank was cleaned out,,,,One owned before me for 30 years took pretty good care of i, ,,he kept it running and in good mechanical shape,,,,but it did sit inside for a long time,,,his neighbor said it was in a garage with a piece of canvas as a doo, ,,so even thought it was not DIRECTLY "WET" moisture effected the car and it has an interesting patina,,,,Overall it is a VERY restorable car,,,,I have seen a lot of these and this one is in good shape Am selling locall, ,,CALL 586-413-1408
