With more than a little reluctance the time has come to sell my 1990 Buick Century Custom coupe. This sporty 2-door coupe was fairly rare (this is the only one I ever saw) and this one is in very good condition. It has the 3.3 liter, 160 hp engine which has plenty of power and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly with no slipping or hard shifting. It has 92,502 original miles and it shows that it has been well taken care of over the years. That breaks down to a little over 3,303 miles per year. The paint still shines bright with no UV damage. It has power windows, power door locks, power antenna, 6-way power driver's seat, power steering, power brakes power trunk lock, and cruise control, all of which work. The A/C blows cold. The AM/FM radio works but I'm not sure about the cassette player, since I no longer have any cassettes.
It spent its life in areas where road salt isn't used prior to when I bought it 7 years ago and brought it to Michigan. It is one of 7 vehicles that I own. I have always had a designated, "winter-only" car and this car has never been used as such. This car has never been driven during the winter months or when road salt was on the roads. During the winter months it has been stored in my carport, out of the elements. This car has a clear title. The seats and interior are in very good condition and the seats easily adjust with the 6-way power adjustments. The car is quite comfortable, even during long road trips and often receives compliments at gas stations or whenever I'm out and about. The trunk is spacious and dry, with no rust anywhere. I will be retiring sometime in the next 6 months and have decided to reduce my inventory of vehicles, most of which are Buicks. I have owned a series of of Buick Centurys, most of which were station wagons, because of their good looks, pleasant ride, and reliability. This car comes with its original 1990 Buick Century Owner's manual.
