Description of 1939 Buick Special Series 40

1939 Buick Special sedan. No reserve - get this thing out of my garage. Does not start or crank; (bad starter switch? Or starter?)
This 1939 Buick Special sedan seeks a good home and some TLC. Garage-kept, it has new tires, recently powdercoated wheels, and new shock absorbers on all 4 wheels.

Car is being sold AS-IS, WHERE IS: Buyer is responsible for towing it out of my garage and transporting it away.
Engine is Dynaflash Straight 8, with non-matching numbers to VIN. Color is a metallic gray, not the original Carlsbad Black. Buick Club of America can help in researching how to do a full restoration, should buyer wish to do so.

Car ran well until ceasing starting earlier this summer. I do not have the time or energy to work on it, and hope it goes to someone that has both.

Has scrape in paint on front right fender; heating system hoses are detached from an aborted renovation. Mileage is unknown due to inoperative odometer and speedometer.
