1966 Buick Riviera. I have a clear/clean Utah title in my name for my Buick. Please check out my EBay feedback score. I have over 1200 positive feedbacks and no negative feedbacks. I'm a retired college professor, that has loved old cars since I was a kid. I highly value my reputation on EBay, and with this in mind, I will outline both the positive and negative aspects of my Buick. The reason I'm selling is because I'm 83 years old and I have two other old car projects and this one is one too many. The Buick starts easily, runs good, and stops properly. It shifts through all gears smoothly. All the glass is good, and everything works as it was designed. From the trunk light to the under the hood light, and the hidden headlights, all work properly. The engine is in very good condition. The drivetrain is original to the Buick, and the original 425 Nailhead engine, rated at 340 HP, runs and some good. The original owner's manual is in the glovebox, and it has a Riviera car cover and parts catalog. Please look closely at the engine photos. It has an aftermarket air cleaner on the carburetor, but the original air cleaner comes with the car. The original interior is complete and is in good useable condition. There is a seam split in the driver's seat, and a worn sport on the top of the passenger's side front seat. All the door panels and rear side panels are in very good condition. I've collected numerous spare parts that come with the Buick. It has a complete dash, including a second original radio, as well as two spare original Buick Riviera rims. From a spare cigar lighter to extra lower side trim parts and sun-visor brackets, there are too many spare parts to list. The over-all body is in good condition. Again, please check out all of the photos. There is a rust problem in the trunk spare tire well. A good original spare tire wheel well comes with the Buick. It is the white, round, part shown in the photos. The floors are dry and in good shape. There are bubbles in the passenger's side rear fender. Again please check the photos. The paint looks good, but has some cracking. Whenever I have driven the Buick, I get compliments. It looks good and draws attention, but it isn't perfect. You could fly into Salt Lake City, and drive the Buick home. If you have any questions about the Buick, please give me a call. My number is (801) 745-5835. My name is Bob. I will gladly answer your questions. If you have fewer than (5) five feedbacks on EBay, please call me before bidding. I want this to be a good straightforward auction, with no problems. I will work with you regarding the time needed to pick up the Buick. Good luck bidding, and I hope the Buick finds a good home.Sincerely, Bob
