Description of 1984 Cadillac Eldorado Eldorado Biarritz Convertible

For your consideration is an absolutely GORGEOUS 1984 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible. The car was just shipped from the west coast 2 weeks ago...from Reno Nevada with a clean Nevada title. It is laser straight and starts runs and drives perfect. It does not burn any oil. 85,000 miles. I just put a set of BRAND NEW Vogue Touring tires on the car ( The tires mounted and balanced and wheel alignment was just under $1000). It drives down the road straight as an arrow. The suspension is perfect...the car sits level. The Cadillac factory spoke wheels are in excellent condition and don't rattle.The power top is in excellent condition and goes up and down perfectly. I have the boot in the trunk.
Because this car sat out in the west coast its entire life...the person who had it left the roof down most of the time and because of that the front seats have cracked on the leather where you sit. The drivers side is cracked on both pillows and the passenger side is also cracked where you sit but the back cushion on the passenger side just needs a small repair. I have 2 very good friends of mine that are interior specialists. I have a large piece of leather hide in Carmine Red that is needed to complete this repair. The cost of this hide was over $400...it is the real deal Cadillac hide that was used when this car was made. The labor is a little pricey because of all the buttons that have to be removed and reinstalled. I wanted to point that out to you before you come see the car. I might just have it fixed and adjust the price before it sells but as of right now the pictures are the way the interior is. Either way I will include the hide of Carmine red leather to fix it if I don't get it done. The cushions are fine...its just the leather cover. The back seats are perfect. The radio works but the speakers are blown. I don't have any replacement speakers so the radio comes as is. It does work. As do all of the electronics on the Digital speedometer and dash.
The Autocheck score on this car is a whopping 44...and when you click on it you can see the actual score. The report is wrong and the vehicle has only 85,000 miles on it. The first report recorded the tenths on the title transfer and is corrected on the next re-registration and inspection.
Please let the pictures serve as the biggest part of the item description. The are very easy to zoom. This car is in excellent condition for 32 years old. It shows great. The paint is not perfect. There are a few spots where the clear coat has come off on the left rear quarter panel...but it is hardly noticeable. And a few chips that were touched up. Over all it is a clean west coast convertible with no rust underneath. The hood and trunk open and close perfectly. The trunk pull down motor works fine. Clean floorboards and the entire chassis and undercarriage has its original look. It starts with 1 turn of the key without any pump of the gas. I have it priced THOUSANDS less than all of the other ones out there. Aside from the minor interior work, little TLC can take this car to the next level.
I encourage you to come and inspect my car in person. If you can not come, lease feel free to send any reputable inspection company to my home to have this vehicle inspected. This vehicle was purchased through a reputable inspection company as it was very far away... and inspection companies will not lie on their reports. They do not sway to the purchaser or the seller...they give an honest report with their reputation standing on that. Please feel free to send an inspection company if you live to far to come and see it in person.
