Description of 1947 Cadillac Series 62 Sedan

1947 Cadillac 4Door Sedan for restoration or Rat Rod. Solid body, fenders, doors, trunk lid, and hood with some surface rust. Glass in good condition; repairable chip in windshield. Rear seat and door panels have earlier restoration (see photo), the rest of the interior needs refurbishing. Have most bright trim; stainless in good condition (no bumpers). Good set of tail lamps and trim ( see photo).
Engine runs on starting fluid, but needs carb rebuild, and starter solenoid. Many extra engine parts ( i.e. Exhaust and intake manifolds,Cylinder Heads). Brake and fuel system need rebuild.
Wheels are Cragar Star Wires in good condition, front tires are new Tiger Paws.
Car has some interesting features like hidden fuel fill in LH Tail Lamp and Hood release in Hood ornament.
